I am also very exited about LEGO Factory and LEGO Universe. Recently LEGO launched LEGO Publish (google LEGO Cuusoo) in Japan. The potential synergies are very interesting indeed. Build a house in LEGO universe, translate it into a physical model in LEGO factory and sell it off through LEGO Publish. This enables users to engage in products across platforms and opens for several new revenue streams for LEGO!

I am working with LEGO's new business development group on a project applying lessons learned to the furniture industry and the jewelery industry. If anyone are interested drop me a line: david.dencker@gmail.com
